The
Consulting program is the cornerstone of the Keller Williams
Realty International (KWRI) franchise system. At this time,
Keller Williams University (KWU) offers one-on-one management
consulting to Market Center Owners and Team Leaders.
Consulting within the KW system provides the leverage necessary
for Owners and Team Leaders to operate and manage a profitable
and profit-sharing Market Center. The Consulting program provides
structured accountability to ensure that every Owner and Team
Leader in the system implements the critical components of
the KWRI models and systems. Through intensive studies of
successful Market Centers, KWRI, has clearly defined the models
and systems required for a Market Center to achieve profitability
as quickly as possible.
Our
Consultants have internalized the KWRI models and systems
and are able to quickly diagnose the issues of each participant.
Once the issue is identified, the Consultant can provide concise
feedback as it relates to the KWRI models. This feedback mechanism,
coupled with strict accountability and performance measurement
standards, has proven to be the most effective way to achieve
outstanding performance.
The
goal of this program is to have consultants assist participants
reach their highest potential because one does not achieve
serious dreams alone or without serious effort and no excuses.
The consulting program will continue to expand to include
other audiences such as agents later in 2003.
