Masterminds

The mastermind program is a powerful hybrid of training and consulting. It is designed to help development of the individual through an environment that utilizes the collective experiences of others as a key learning tool. The focus is on the creation of a sound economic, operational and organizational model and translating those models into results.
KWU offers various masterminding opportunities based upon your business needs and has defined groups for Regional Directors, Operating Principles, Team Leaders, Market Center Administrators and Agents. To make the Mastermind Groups advantageous for attendees, the groups have criteria for attendance in order to promote sharing of the unique business challenges and opportunities for growth within the peer group.
